Coopers are a long-established family owned and run Coach and Haulage business, founded by James Cooper (father of the current owners) 38 years ago.
With Head Offices at Killamarsh in North East Derbyshire, south east of Sheffield near to junction 31 of the M1, primarily covering South Yorkshire & the North Midlands.
As well as head office functions such as Admin, Accounts and Operations, are our Maintenance Facilities for both coaches and lorries (which also take on maintenance work for other coach and haulage operators). Also based here is our main Group / Private Hire office.
Alongside these at Head Office is our specialised ‘Caring Coaches’ office ~ for groups where some members may have mobility problems. These coaches are specially adapted to allow wheelchair customers to be taken onto the coach using side lifts. These customers can then move to a seat or, where necessary, remain in their wheelchair(s) which are ‘clamped’ into place for the duration of their journey.

which can be hired for special occasions.
In the centre of Killamarsh is our main Travel Office dealing with Holidays, Day Trips (for the South Yorkshire / North Midlands Areas), and some private groups as well as being our Central Administration office for our Tours Programme and soon to be commissioned Internet Based sales facility.
Located in Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire, we have our sister company Coopers Tours (Lincs) Ltd.
They have their own Maintenance Team and Private Group Hire Department, as well as running school services for Lincolnshire Councils, covering North East and Mid Lincolnshire.
They have a Travel office in the centre of Grimsby covering both our main Holidays as well as their own Day Trip programme within the Greater Grimsby catchment area.
