Ilfracombe is a charming seaside resort on the North Devon coast and has been popular with holidaymakers since the 1800s, thanks to its stunning coastline. It is situated between the breathtaking scenery of Exmoor to the East and the spectacular beaches of Croyde and Woolacombe to the West. The town nestles amongst the hills of Capstone and Hillsborough which overlook the picture-perfect harbour. The town is surrounded by award winning sandy beaches and unique attractions, making it an ideal location for a holiday. It has a rich history, a vibrant culture, and stunning scenery. It’s reputation as the culinary and cultural hub of North Devon has been steadily growing for the past few years, making it easy to see why many visitors now refer to it as the NEW St.Ives.

Any such equipment must fold flat for storage or be capable of being broken down into pieces of no more than 20kg. We cannot accept larger scooters (class 3) as these are too large and heavy to lift. We sometimes operate minibus feeders to minimise time, these vehicles CANNOT convey motorised wheelchairs/scooters.

IMPERIAL HOTEL

Situated in one of the best positions in Ilfracombe, The Imperial Hotel overlooks Wildersmouth Beach and the splendid Landmark Theatre and Conference Centre. It’s close to the High Street and only a short almost level walk from the harbour. There is a restaurant, cosy bar, lounge area with dance floor where entertainment is provided most evenings. All the en-suite rooms have tea/coffee making facilities, telephone, hairdryer and Freeview TV. There is a lift to all floors although some rooms are three stairs above the lift floor levels.
