Q: I would like to hire a coach, is this okay?
A: Absolutely. You can hire a coach for anything from a school trip to a private/corporate group outing throughout the UK and into Europe. No requirement is too big or too small.
Q: I need to hire multiple vehicles, can you handle this?
A: Of course, we are able to arrange any number of coaches from several locations to your destination(s).
Q: We would like to go on a group tour and require accommodation and ferry reservations, can you help?
A: Yes, Coopers Tours are able to make reservations on either ferries or the tunnel, often at group rates. We are also able to reserve accommodation to suit your requirements throughout the UK and Europe. In addition we can also book admission tickets on your behalf. Our dedicated team with many year's experience in the coaching industry will work with you and advise where necessary to provide the best solution to your travel requirements.
Q: How do I obtain a quotation?
A: To obtain a quotation, simply visit our website and navigate to our Coach Hire page. Depending on your area of departure (Sheffield or Grimsby) click the link and complete the online form. However you can call, email or write to us.
Q: What size coaches do you have?
A: We operate varied types of standard and executive coaches starting at 16 to 70 seats. We also operate a Wheelchair Accessible Coach from our depot in Sheffield. You can view some examples on our Coach Hire page.
Q: Where do you pick up?
A: We have pick up points for Sheffield and Grimsby and their local area. You can view these on our Pickups page.
Q: How can I make a reservation?
A: You can make a reservation either online, by phone or visiting one of our travel shops. You can find these details at the bottom of this page.
Q: Are there any concessions?
A: Yes there are concessions for children under the age of 16 and adults that are 60+.
Q: Can my friend get on at a different location?
A: Yes this is possible and can be done during the booking process either online, by phone or visiting one of our travel shops. You can find these details at the bottom of this page.
Q: Do I have my own reserved seat?
A: On all of our holidays and day excursions, passengers have their own reserved seats. You are able to choose your seats when booking online.
Q: What facilities will I enjoy on board your coach?
A: The majority of our holidays and day excursions are operated with executive coaches which feature an onboard toilet/washroom, comfortable reclining seats, hot drinks machine, fridge, air conditioning and of course a smart, friendly, and professional driver who is there to help at all times.
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Unfortunately for the comfort of other passengers we are unable to allow animals and pets on our coaches, except Guide Dogs for the Blind. Passengers should advise us at the time of booking.
Q: Is the return journey included in the price?
A: Yes, all of our holidays and day excursions include coach travel to and from your chosen destination.
Q: What does Coach Only mean?
A: Coach Only means that no fares or admission tickets to attractions etc are included in our price, therefore Coach Travel Only is included.
