Bridlington and Kite Festival

Some of the world’s largest inflatable kites will take to the skies above the dramatic cliffs of the East Yorkshire coast to mark the 10th anniversary of Bridlington Kite Festival. From enormous flying frogs to sky-high snakes, large leaping lizards to a whopping whale and huge cute teddy bears, dozens of exotic inflatables will add a splash of colour to the cliff tops above the popular seaside resort of Bridlington.

There will be professional demonstrations and visitors can have a go with kites available for loan during supervised sessions. There will also be the popular parachuting teddy bear drop sessions. Alongside the kites there will be food, drink and charity stalls, fairground rides and children's entertainment - making it an action packed, fun filled, free festival for all the family.

PLEASE NOTE: Day Excursions are non refundable. Children under 5 are not allowed to travel on the front row seats.

PLEASE NOTE : If you wish to take a mobility scooter, wheelchair or rollator with you it must be requested at the time of booking. Any such equipment must fold flat for storage or be capable of being broken down into pieces of no more than 20kg. We cannot accept larger scooters (class 3) as these are too large and heavy to lift. We sometimes operate minibus feeders to minimise time, these vehicles CANNOT convey motorised wheelchairs/scooters.
