Nestled on the Lincolnshire coast, Cleethorpes offers the perfect mix of traditional British seaside fun, stunning views, and a welcoming atmosphere. It is a beloved seaside resort which developed as a fishing village from the 6th century.It developed into a holiday resort in the 19th century, when sea bathing and the taking of medicinal waters became fashionable. It welcomes nearly a million visitors each year. The highlight of any visit to Cleethorpes is its expansive beach. With miles of golden sands stretching along the coastline, it's the ideal place to unwind, have a picnic, or enjoy some classic seaside fun. Build sandcastles, take a dip in the sea, or simply stroll along the shoreline while soaking up the beautiful views. The beach is a great place for families, offering a safe and relaxing spot to spend time by the sea.
At the pier, which opend in 1873, youll find amusement arcades, a small selection of shops, and cafes where you can enjoy a traditional seaside treat, like fish and chips, while watching the waves roll in.
Take a walk along Cleethorpes Central Promenade, which opened in 1885 and is a lively area full of traditional seaside attractions, cafes, and shops. Browse through independent stores and souvenir shops, where youll find everything from quirky gifts to traditional ice cream parlours. Stop for a treat or relax with a coffee while enjoying views of the coastline. The promenade is also home to a number of local seafood eateries, offering fresh dishes and a great place to grab a bite.

Please Note : If you wish to take a mobility scooter, wheelchair or rollator with you it must be requested at the time of booking. Any such equipment must fold flat for storage or be capable of being broken down into pieces of no more than 20kg. We cannot accept larger scooters (class 3) as these are too large and heavy to lift. We sometimes operate minibus feeders to minimise time, these vehicles CANNOT convey motorised wheelchairs/scooters.
