Hebden Bridge & Halifax

Hebden Bridge & Halifax

We visit both Hebden Bridge & Halifax!

View Dates & Book

Known as the Pennine Centre, Hebden Bridge takes its name from the packhorse bridge over Hebden Water. This pretty town is centrally located at the West of West Yorkshire, from artisan shops and inspiring galleries to organic pavement cafés and charming picture houses, and great places to eat, the town is justifiably proud of its artistic identity. Just a few minutes away you will find pretty wooded valleys and picturesque heather moorland.

Steeped in a rich tapestry of industrial heritage, Halifax, nestled within the rolling hills of West Yorkshire, stands as a beacon of England’s illustrious woollen manufacturing past. Beyond its industrial legacy, this captivating market town unfurls a distinct architectural splendor, boasting impeccably preserved Georgian and Victorian landmarks that whisper tales of bygone eras. The magnificent Piece Hall, with its stately grandeur, not only anchors the town in historical significance but also serves as a poignant reminder of the zenith of the textile trade, elegantly intertwining the threads of commerce, culture, and community.
