Please Note - Mobility Aids:   If you wish to take a mobility scooter, wheelchair or rollator, please put the description in the Special Needs Section and we will check if we have availability. Any such equipment must fold flat for storage or be capable of being broken down into pieces of no more than 20kg. We cannot accept larger scooters (class 3) as these are too large and heavy to lift. We sometimes operate minibus feeders to minimise time, these vehicles CANNOT convey motorised wheelchairs/scooters.

Day 1:

We depart and make our way to Potters Five Lakes Resort.

Day 2:

After breakfast, for those who wish, we depart the resort and make our way to the historical city of Colchester for the morning with time to explore everything this City has to offer. We will return to Five Lakes in time for lunch, and an afternoon of activities if you're feeling energetic. You will then have plenty of time to refresh and get ready for the evening meal after which you can relax and enjoy an evening of first class entertainment.

Day 3:

After breakfast we again depart our resort, for those who wish, and make our way to Clacton-on-Sea, the largest town on the Essex Sunshine Coast for the morning. This town has entertainment facilities including a pleasure pier, arcades, seafront walks along with a wide range of independent shops. We will then return to Five Lakes in time for lunch, and an afternoon of activities. You can then refresh and get ready for the evening meal after which you can relax and enjoy an evening of first class entertainment!

Day 4:

After breakfast you have a free day to enjoy all the activities Five Lakes has to offer! You can make it as relaxing or as active as you wish, the choice is yours! In between you can enjoy lunch then again refresh and get ready for the evening meal after which you can relax and enjoy another evening of first class entertainment.

Day 5:

After breakfast we depart the Five Lakes Resort and make our way back home.

Dining: Breakfast options range from a traditional full English to lighter choices like cereals, yoghurt, pastries and fresh fruit. Lunch features a variety of hot dishes and delightful desserts. Prefer something lighter? Then the self serve area offers a selection of salads, cold meats and jacket potatoes. Evening meal features a carvery with all your favourite roast dinner delights. Or if you want to keep your dining experience varied the menus change daily. If you’re still a little peckish then their late night snacks are ideal and will settle any hunger pangs, they can be anything from sausage rolls to bacon sandwiches or chilli.

 

Drinks: With drinks included from 3pm on arrival and up to 10.30am on departure day, you can sit back and relax with your favourite drink in hand. The friendly and welcoming bars serve all your coffee shop favourites including cappuccinos, lattes, espressos, hot chocolates and more, plus soft drinks and a great selection of popular beers, wines, branded spirits and zero alcohol alternatives. There is also a variety of iced drinks, including iced coffees and teas with delicious syrups. Drinks with ultra high alcohol by volume or caffeinated drinks, such as shots, liquors, and energy drinks, are not included. There is a list of premium items to purchase, as alternatives to the popular brands included.
