Scarborough Day Trip

Scarborough is one of the most visited resorts on the North Yorkshire Coast, with its stunning scenery and 12th century castle that dominates the skyline at the top of the cliffs. Along with award winning beaches, there are plenty of attractions both old and new to suit every age. If you're looking for a bite to eat, you'll be spoilt for choice, from good old traditional fish and chips and fabulous restaurants, along with the all important ice cream parlours. The town centre is a great shopping area with many high street names and not forgetting the shopping centre, which has an abundance of shops all under one roof.

Also taking place in Scarborough is the Scarborough Food & Drink Festival. Take a culinary trip around the globe with mouth-watering cuisine including bao buns, Greek and Turkish baklava, wood fired pizza, jerk chicken and much much more! Got a sweet tooth? Why not indulge in waffles, donuts, milkshakes, crumbles and crepes - all freshly made and impossible to resist. Fancy a tipple? Discover craft gins, vodkas and rums, sip home-produced fruit cider or unwind with a pint or two in the tipi bar. With a range of popular fairground rides provided by O'Brien's Funfair as well as craft sellers and unique stalls, it's the perfect day out for all the family!

Please Note : If you wish to take a mobility scooter, wheelchair or rollator with you it must be requested at the time of booking. Any such equipment must fold flat for storage or be capable of being broken down into pieces of no more than 20kg. We cannot accept larger scooters (class 3) as these are too large and heavy to lift. We sometimes operate minibus feeders to minimise time, these vehicles CANNOT convey motorised wheelchairs/scooters.
