The diverse county of Somerset can be found nestling in the South West of England, where you’ll find a great array of beaches, local produce and fantastic visitor attractions. We will be based in Weston-Super-Mare, a seaside resort on the wide sweep of Weston Bay, with its clean, sandy beach and level promenade boasting superb views over the channel. Over the last few years the seafront and promenade has been transformed by a major refurbishment and the Grand Pier is open all year round featuring state of the art rides and a great selection of food and drink.

Please Note - Mobility Aids:   If you wish to take a mobility scooter, wheelchair or rollator, please put the description in the Special Needs Section and we will check if we have availability. Any such equipment must fold flat for storage or be capable of being broken down into pieces of no more than 20kg. We cannot accept larger scooters (class 3) as these are too large and heavy to lift. We sometimes operate minibus feeders to minimise time, these vehicles CANNOT convey motorised wheelchairs/scooters.

The New Ocean Hotel is a family run hotel situated opposite Weston’s famous Marine Lake and offering panoramic views over Weston Bay and beyond. It is in an unrivalled position in the promenade, just a few minutes stroll to the town centre where you can enjoy the numerous shops, theatres and attractions. The floral beauty of Grove Park and Prince Consort Gardens are also a short walk from the hotel. There’s a large dance floor where a nightly entertainment programme is provided in the comfortable bar/lounge with a fully stocked and licenced bar open throughout the day and late into the evening. The Ocean Restaurant prides itself on its freshly prepared extensive menu which combines the best of both traditional and modern cooking. Rooms are en-suite and have, direct-dial telephones, digital flat screen televisions, hair-dryers and tea/coffee making facilities. There is a lift.
