Weymouth

Weymouth is an historic town full of charm and character with its many Georgian Buildings. The 17th century harbour is a working fishing port, and the waterfront is perfect for afternoon strolls in the fresh sea air. In the middle of town you will find Radipole Lake, an RSPB reserve that is excellent for bird watching and a great place to sit and relax. Weymouth also has an award-winning beach with crystal clear water. From the bay there are spectacular views along the Jurassic Coast.

Please Note - Mobility Aids:   If you wish to take a mobility scooter, wheelchair or rollator, please put the description in the Special Needs Section and we will check if we have availability. Any such equipment must fold flat for storage or be capable of being broken down into pieces of no more than 20kg. We cannot accept larger scooters (class 3) as these are too large and heavy to lift. We sometimes operate minibus feeders to minimise time, these vehicles CANNOT convey motorised wheelchairs/scooters.

The Crown Hotel **

Located right at the top of Weymouth’s town centre, next to the town bridge, the Crown Hotel overlooks the historic fishing harbour and is just a few minutes’ walk away from the beautiful quayside. Facilities include a first floor resident’s lounge, Vaults bar and restaurant and residents bar where nightly entertainment is provided. All rooms are en-suite, have a TV, tea/coffee making facilities and telephone. A lift serves all floor. There is free Wi-Fi in public areas.
