A bustling market town with a busy port, it boasts magnificent views across the Menai Strait, the channel which separates Anglesey from mainland Wales. The scenery around this area is superb with fine beaches, tumbling rivers and of course the stunning mountains, lakes, and waterfalls of Snowdonia. The town centre is dotted with individual and specialist shops, restaurants, bars, and café’s, all mixed in with some local arts and craft shops.

Please Note - Mobility Aids:   If you wish to take a mobility scooter, wheelchair or rollator, please put the description in the Special Needs Section and we will check if we have availability. Any such equipment must fold flat for storage or be capable of being broken down into pieces of no more than 20kg. We cannot accept larger scooters (class 3) as these are too large and heavy to lift. We sometimes operate minibus feeders to minimise time, these vehicles CANNOT convey motorised wheelchairs/scooters.
